TESTING FACILITY:

The testing of LT (Low Tension) Panels involves several steps to ensure their proper functioning and compliance with the relevant standards. Here are some of the common tests performed on LT Panels:

VISUAL INSPECTION:

The first step is a visual inspection of the panel to ensure that it has been assembled correctly, and all components are in place.

CONTINUITY TEST:

This test checks the continuity of electrical connections between various components of the panel.

INSULATION RESISTANCE TEST:

This test checks the insulation resistance between various electrical connections in the panel. It ensures that there is no leakage of current between the connections.

HIGH VOLTAGE TEST:

The high voltage test checks the ability of the panel to withstand a high voltage without breaking down. It is performed by applying a high voltage between the live parts and the earth.

OPERATIONAL TEST:

The operational test checks the functioning of the panel in actual working conditions. This test includes checking the performance of the protection relays, circuit breakers, and other components.
