At RAMM MEP PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver high-quality electrical panels and related services. Due to the custom-built nature of our products and services, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Processing Begins:
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. You may email or call us with your order details for cancellation.

After 24 Hours or Once Processing Begins:
Once the manufacturing, procurement, or customization has started, no cancellation will be accepted, and the advance amount paid will be non-refundable.

For Standard Products (if applicable):
Cancellation may be allowed before dispatch, subject to a 15% cancellation fee on the invoice value.

2. Cancellation by RAMM MEP PRIVATE LIMITED

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
Product/service unavailability
Pricing or technical errors on the website
Unforeseen circumstances that prevent delivery
In such cases, we will notify the customer and initiate a full refund of any amount paid within 7-10 working days.

3. Refund on Cancellation

If cancellation is accepted within the allowable time and conditions, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
